Falmouth Residents and Taxpayers

Falmouth RESIDENTS and TAXPAYERS (real estate owners) are allowed guaranteed entry to the New Balance Falmouth Road Race as a courtesy. In order to keep this program available, information submitted will be verified.

The registration fee for the 2013 race is $50. Resident and taxpayer registration will open early morning, Wednesday May 1, 2013 and close at 11:59 PM on Tuesday May 7, 2013.  Falmouth residents and taxpayers who miss this registration period are still permitted to enter the lottery but are considered lottery entrants and will abide by all lottery rules and regulations.

Eligibility requirements:

1. Residents and taxpayers who apply for the race - as well as their spouses and children (under 23 years old) who also apply and who live in Falmouth OR and/or live in the home of a Falmouth taxpayer may receive guaranteed entry.
2. Resident status will be verified by one of the following methods:
   1. submission of a copy of a driver license with a Falmouth address
   2. a signed lease agreement with landlord contact information
   3. a report card for children
3. Taxpayer status will be verified only by appearance on Falmouth real estate taxpayer rolls. Only taxpayers who apply for the race and who's name is listed on the tax bill, their spouse and children (under 23 years old) who also apply are eligible.  Trusts are not included in the definition of taxpayers.
4. Entries received without sufficient proof of resident or taxpayer status will be placed into the lottery and subject to all lottery rules and regulations.
