Benefactors

BECOME A ROAD RACE PATRON OR BENEFACTOR

Over the years, we have been asked by many people if there was anything they could do to support the race. As a result, we have established Benefactor and Patron programs where your direct gift helps the event. In return you receive recognition and VIP treatment.

Following is information on the two levels of contributions and the benefits that you would receive at each level.

Benefactors who donate $2,000 or more will receive:

• Ten guaranteed entries.
• Five invitations to the VIP viewing area at the finish line.
• Two invitations to the VIP reception after the race.
• Acknowledgement in a “thank you” ad in the official race magazine distributed to all registered runners, advertisers and volunteers.
• A special “benefactor” plaque inscribed with your name or other name of your choice, if you choose.

Patrons who donate $1,000 will receive the following:

• Five guaranteed entries.
• Two invitations to the VIP viewing area at the finish line.
• Acknowledgement in a “thank you” ad in the official race magazine distributed to all registered runners, advertisers and volunteers.
• A special “patron” plaque inscribed with your name or other name of your choice if you choose.

After we receive your donation you will receive a code that your runners will use to register. All runners will register online with the code provided by a deadline of July 27, 2013. As soon as they are ready,we will send you the VIP invitations and the T-shirts. If you chose to receive the plaque, it will be ready to be picked up when you come to pick up your number(s).
